WSET courses
You do not need any formal qualification to join our internationally recognised WSET Level 2 course and you do not need to have completed WSET Level 1. The Level 2 course is suitable for those entering or already working in the wine and hospitality trades, or anyone looking to simply expand their existing wine knowledge.
There will be plenty of chance to taste wines that illustrate the many diverse influences of grape, climate and winemaker. Throughout each day, we will emphasise the practical skills, including food and wine matching, deciphering wine labels, understanding restaurant wine lists, and the process of making informed purchasing decisions.

Wine glasses can also be supplied at extra cost.
Course Details:
• The WSET Level 2 Intermediate Certificate can be comfortably completed by those with little or no previous wine knowledge.
• The course will be taught over 3 consecutive days with a 50-question multiple choice exam taking place during the afternoon of the third day.
• A selection of carefully selected wines will be tasted at each session and many will be especially paired with food.
• Deciphering wine labels, understanding wine lists, proper tasting techniques and essential wine service skills will also be covered.
